Wouldn't YOU like to know!</div> <bR> <div> We are three American women, who for a few different reasons, came to San Carlos and never wanted to leave. Then came the reality: what do to do in San Carlos to make a living? Well, like normal people we love wine and have always wondered why it's so tough to find a decent bottle in town.</div> <bR> <div> One thing led to another after a few bottles on the patio one night and we came up with our concept of Ruby Wine Bar. Even the next morning it sounded like a good idea, so what the heck.....</div> <bR> <div> We ended up with what we all imagined: a relaxing place to enjoy good food, good wine, great drinks in a comfortable setting. Okay, we pretty much made a place WE wanted to hang out at! </div> <bR> <div> And our clients agree: we have a happy mix of locals, visitors, tourists and some people we haven't quite figured out yet.</div> <bR> <div> And who is Ruby? Susan's yellow lab and our biggest supporter.
